Jewelry items are shipped in a box and/or a durable poly mailer, depending on the size and quantity of the items ordered.
Multiple items are generally shipped together in a customized box for added protection and a beautiful presentation.
Shipping Costs:
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
For orders under $75, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love every item you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Reporting Damaged Items:
